It's that time again.  Time to register for your week at Sardis Lake Chrisitan Camp.  The Camp fills up on a first come first serve basis, so get your application and deposit in quickly.

The application must be filled out completely and signed by a parent or guardian before it will be accepted.

You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to view/print the application and brochure.
